Thanks for your feedback on the poll! Since Maeve and Alex are the popular ones by a wide margin, I'll post something on Maeve today, and on Alex next week.

A small announcement first, at hynden85 's request, there's a slight change to Maeve's name. She'll now go by the name of Tyler M. Rodriguez, with Maeve as her middle name.

Now, onto the pics. These are Tyler's potential evolution down the line. Let's say Form 1 (left) is her base form, Form 2 (middle) is a "Plus" form and Form 3 (right) is her final Queen form.

Story-wise, she'll be mostly appearing in her base form.

Form 2 will be gained after she combined with another symbiote (will reveal more on this later), giving a boost to her psychic abilities and wider control over her drones.

Form 3 is her full potential as a Hive Queen, which would not happen in the story except in dreams or flash-forwards, as reaching this form would mean she has assimilated a large portion of humans and established her Hive colony. In this form, there's no more hiding among the populace.

The basic idea for Form 2 is that she gains a "royal mantle", albeit a more tentacly one. Each tentacle would function as an antennae, giving her a wider or more powerful control over her drones. Even enemy drones would be assaulted by her psychic aura, confusing them or even taking them over.

Form 3 is designed as a "goddess" in mind, hence the Greek-style, flowing "dress". As a Queen, I felt that a crown is overused, so I made it into a tentacly wreath instead. At the end of the tentacles are eyes, usually closed, but are opened when she's focusing her psychic powers. At this form, her psychic ability is strong enough to levitate herself, and generate a visible aura around her head. Hive Queens are extremely powerful, and are constantly surrounded by her trusted drones and retinue.

P.S: There's still a considerable distance, story wise, before I even reach Form 2, so the designs may still change as the story progress and evolves.
