Description
Been super busy, but here's another older piece for now. It's from drawing studio last semester during the fall. Was trying to convey that without imagination a drawing just fades and reverts back to it's base elements, nothing more than a bit of ink and pencil.Had to scan them in multiple pieces and my scanner hated them. I put them back together in photoshop, but couldn't really get rid of the seams. Dx
Orange one is my favorite though.

I probably notice them more than anything cause I know exactly where they are, lol. If you download the full version, they're obvious though.
But thank you so much! They were very fun pieces and a concept I definitely want to revisit again!
Go for it if you want, do your own interpretation of it. It'd be cool to see other people's takes on it. c:

Nice colors, isn't it ironic that a piece about having no imagination is quite...imaginitive?

Thank you! I suppose so, I just use bright colors so often that I hadn't really noticed. Probably should have worked more gray into where it's melting perhaps, lol.

Your colouring skills are so smooth, I'm jealous xD
I like how the mediums are fading into each other, it's a great idea!

Gah, thank you so much!
Thanks! I used to do a lot of just ink wash work, but I though it might be more interesting to blend them together.

Thank you! I think the green is my second favorite. It was the first one I did, so I had the most time to work on that one.

Thanks!
Idk about prints, I have about a hundred of some older prints and I can't get rid of them, XD. I like selling original pieces better.

ah...well, I'd love anything you feel like giving away to put on my studio's walls. Alas, I'm rather poor with finances atm, or I'd offer to purchase things.
I like the orange one too, out of all of them. I think it's because the grey is coming across as blue which makes it a complimentary painting. The others, just don't have that working for them. It would be neat if you did some more studies in this kind of composition too.

As long as you live in the usa, I don't mind giving them to you (shipping gets pricey otherwise) But I have five different prints and you can have one of each if you want.
Yeah, I definitely see what you mean now. I actually have been! Been messing around with the fading form idea with some other school projects. Just haven't had time to post the others yet, lol.

Oh wow, really =o That's so generous of you! I wish I had prints of my work to offer, but I don't (I'm working on revamping my portfolio)Should I note you my address?
I sure hope you post them! I have new eyes after my class, and if you want can critique them.

Its fine, don't worry about it! You can, but it may be a while until I can ship them- pretty busy with school right now and I'm a bit short on cash as well. I probably can't send them until the semester ends in a couple weeks.
I will eventually. I have one I'm debating if I want to upload right now, another's in a show at college. I'd love a critique though when I post them!

Thank you so much though! x3

You make me wish I could draw dragons ;=; Amazing work! Regardless of your scanner the colours are still quite vibrant and I think the seams look like you did it on purpose.

Aw, thank you so much! ;_;
Guess I should have specified, I'm happy with how the colors scanned, it's the seams that bug me. It's not so bad on the green and blue I guess, but I had a lot more trouble pasting the orange back together. :/
