Well this made pretty good use of my snowflake brush.
I love frostbites! So much I remember back in 2012 when they first came out I always wanted to be one.
How can you not love em'? THEY FART SNOWFLAKES!!
I got a bit too carried with this.

Time: According to my video editor, it was 2 hours 20 minutes and 23 seconds. Plus sketching time (which was not recorded) which was about 10 min.
Challenge: I haven't painted in a while (actually, nothing in a while for my watchers who have noticed). Plus I had to make it look like ice. And follow a color pallet, which I overlaid to make it more vibrant for my taste. Y'all know how I love vibrant colors.

I'm also sorry how the simple vector back round doesn't match the frostbite
