I'll go a step further than just Blade Runner... this looks like Syd Mead's work on Blade Runner! Maybe not as garishly colored but it definitely has that same feel to it. Fantastic.

I'm curious about your technique on this one. I don't really see much indication of brushstrokes. It looks almost like you blocked in hundreds of shapes and overlapped them to create depth and dimension...if that made any sense.
Anyway, I love it. It looks great.
