I am thinking that this is Sky though(I am very sure). This picture was submitted before his video of the spiderman mod. This picture was submitted on August 24, 2012 while the video was submitted on October 8, 2012. SO, this picture was submitted roughly 1.5 months before the video so the description makes sense. At the time he did not have a video of the mod yet.
Check the dates if you want. Also the way he leaves comments and his descriptions match his personality.

I am very sure that it is him. In addition to the spiderman timeline, this account commissioned [link] to make a picture that is being sold on Sky does Minecraft shirts and made the icon [link] that Sky now uses for his Youtube icon.

Who else would be able to submit this picture before the video was released? I have been watching a few of the older videos and he was talking about his 3D stuff (briefly in certain videos). Deviant art is a great place for submitting pictures may not be as much as his Youtube - probably because he is busy with playing, uploading minecraft videos, and other things in his life. Also I had received a note from this account.

Well, why is he so quiet. He normally isn't thisquiet. If he is the real sky, he is using his deviantart fans as F***ING FANGIRLS. I won't believe that he is the real sky until 1. He makes a video SHOWING that he is the sky on deviantart or 2. Telling me on here himself. Otherwise, this guy is a fake. TELL HIM THAT.

He has talked to his fans earlier when he started the account and has died off before 2013. He has commented on a few things of fan art and has stopped. You have seen his videos, where everyone tries to say hi to Sky and try to get him to type stuff while he plays minecraft, however he does not reply back to them. People are "fangirling" whenever he is online so there is not that much of a difference. I believe that this is not a primary account (so not his main focus). Since he does not update this account very often I believe that he does not want to send his fans to a place where nothing gets updated. I am very sure that it is him. He does not mention deviant art at all but he does use images from deviant art though.
