I've been playing lot of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 remix and thought to myself 'what would happen if the Neptunia cast are in Kingdom Hearts series?' That would be a cool idea. Besides, Neptune and Sora are alike, don't you agree? And the picture is based on the official art in Final Mix. www.phantomcastle.it/phantom/v…
And this is my first time using Paint Tool Sai and there might be a few mistake.

Neptune and Sora are not really that much alike. Sora is a child who enjoys adventuring but he has a heart of gold more pure than anything you'll ever see and he has a lot of compassion for others. Neptune, on the other hand, is an attention-seeking jerkface of the highest order who does things purely for the reward. Any benefits acquired by anyone else are a mere side effect (like Team Fortress 2's Medic's approach to medicine).

I think that's really harsh. Neptune is a lazy bum but shows genuine care for her Friends, especially IF and Compa. This was really evident in the original game when her memories returned; she went ahead alone to no longer put them in harms way until they smacked some sense into her.
Additionally, she is like a mother to Peashy. She entered a BSOD once she realized Yellow Heart is a brainwashed Peashy in the Animation. To un-brainwash her, she purposely allowed herself to be tortured by her.
It's true they aren't very much alike but both show compassion and concern for their friends.

The first game is distinct from mk2 and Victory, let's get that out of the way right now.
Now, in the first game, Neptune is still very much a bitch. However, I'm giving her praise for this; in the game, she was called out for her actions and, when she realises how selfish she was after her memories were returned, she went off on her own. A bit misguided but she feels remorse for her attitude.
Victory Neptune, on the other hand, does not get reprimanded for her actions. She is petty to a MASSIVE degree and to say she doesn't treat Nepgear well is an understatement if the possibility of the Good Ending is anything to go by (and before you say that isn't canon, know that it COULD have been if those were the circumstances).
And I haven't watched the anime and don't plan to, so I wouldn't know about that.

As long as I don't know how Re;Birth 1 integrates the original Story into mk2 and Victory I only say that it tells another story much like how the Animation is yet another different story independent from mk2 and Victory. I do believe Idol PP does the same.
Now I admit I never saw the Good Ending in Victory, only the True Ending so that is what my basis is on. Nepgear's treatment in Victory is terrible in it's entirety. She is the Butt Monkey of every joke there, Neptune is obviously just the most vocal, I give you that. As the game itself out to tell you, it's a joke on all the criticism for her. A pretty hard joke. There are a few moments were she does show sisterly love. But yeah, because Nepgear is the joke of the game, nobody bothers to complain about her actions, even the narrator is in it. Well, maybe except Vert trying to steal her away thanks to exactly that. Neptune doesn't like that at least but the reasons for that are rather ambiguous.
Nepgear aside, she went ahead and rescued IF alone exactly as demanded. There was nothing to gain for that aside from rescuing a friend.
To Young IF, Compa and Peashy, she was a rather bad mother but nonetheless gained their love over the years.
The Animation ends Nepgear's status as the Butt Monkey so her treatment sees a significant improvement. Now it plays in a different Dimension (technically two) so it's (probably) canon but not to mk2 and Victory.
Re;Birth 1 includes Nepgear but how I do not know yet and neither do I know about her treatment there. So can't say anything about that.

You can look at Youtube for the Good Ending but I can tell you now what happens: only Neptune and Plutia go back to the Hyperdimension before the portal closes (Nepgear was supposed to go but Plutia screwed that up). After Rei's stopped and Croire escapes, Neptune and Plutia get to resting. Nepgear, on the other hand, is stuck in the Ultradimension and she's yelling into Ultra-Histoire at Neptune to get to work to get the portal back up so she can get home. Neptune's response is pretty much that she'll get to it and she can wait a day or two. Nepgear reminds her that a day in the Hyperdimension equals a year in the Ultradimension and Nepgear's already been there for several. Neptune still doesn't care.
I've always found Neptune's interactions with her friends "odd". She comes across as oddly selective about her friends, insisting that her targets are her friends whether they hate her or not and regards everyone else rather rudely (in the first game, she refers to Turquoise as an "old fart" when they first meet and he didn't even do anything. Fortunately, he's a cool dude). What I'm saying is, she seems to want friends for the sake of having people respect her rather than more altruistic reasons. Granted, she's a CPU and she needs respect to survive, but she's still a bit rude about it.

Hmm... I do agree that Nep's actions are... really not nice. She (or rather her Ultradimension counterpart) could end up as a Major Antagonist as seen in Victory's True Ending so there is that.
When you mentioned Turquoise, let's not forget she actually killed Jade. Well, he was about to die anyway, but she gave him the finishing blow just because he said something stupid and perverted.
Well, in the end she isn't my favorite character anyway. I like her but this has made me think about her quite a bit more.

Ah, yes. I can't believe I actually forgot that event. Must be all the positive reminiscing Victory's had me do. While I still hate the first game (well, I hate every game in the series), Victory has made me miss it. I hope to all things holy that Re;Birth does not use the Victory personalities of the characters. God forbid we go through that again.
Thank you. Critical thinking is something I try to encourage in this fanbase.
You know what I miss? Vert's personality from the first game. And IF's. And Compa's. They weren't so two-dimensional as they are now.

From the looks of it, they should be the same in Re;Birth 1 as they were before but I can't answer that of course, I don't understand a word. Well, I personally like every game (I played) so far but there is no doubt the original is unbelievably broken but that's another story.
The good (or bad) thing in Victory is that the Real Console Goddesses aren't the same as those in the original and mk2.
I am trying :3
I do agree, their personalities were much better in the original. Vert's was especially enjoyable there. Otherwise I am not going to talk much about their personalities, I suck at putting my thoughts into words.
Let's wait and see what they are going to do with Re;Birth 2.

I guess I was wrong about it, thanks for telling me. Now that I think about it, the only thing they have in common is that they both fall from the sky.

Sora was depicted falling hundreds of times in 3D and the dive missions ate falling with style.
I'd arguably say that Sora has more frequent faller miles than a professional any diver.
