This idea come to me a while ago, when I watched Lucky Star after getting into the Neptunia series, I though about how similiar Neptune from Hyperdimension Neptunia and Izumi Konata from Lucky Star are, the more I though about it the more I though they were the same.

In my mind Neptune and Konata are exactly the same they they would get along perfectly.

This is the first time me drawing Konata so there's still a lot of room for improvements.

This image is also inspired by 's mostly with the why Neptune and Konata are talking to each other.

I'm also growing to like the idea of a crossover shipping between the two and before you say anything, Blanc and Neptune is a shipping of character from the same universe, same series.

Neptune and Konata is a crossover pairing which won't effect my ideas for Neptune x Blanc.

I'll defiantly be trying to watch the rest of Lucky Star to hopefully find more characters with similarities to the Hyperdimension Neptunia characters.
