Description
second part to his anatomy study, this time the skeleton.not as much labeling this time, mainly cuz i was too lazy.
muscles found here [link]
additional info:
~the long torso, as said before, houses the bones and muscles needed for flight; these include the keel, or breastbone, where the flight muscles attach, and an 'extra' set of ribs to protect the lungs and other organs, pushed slightly lower by the large heart (also mentioned in muscluature).
~wings attach below and behind the shoulders, interferign slightly with the shoulder blades. because of this, evolution has made the blades almost nonexistant.

It's quite strange the tail vertebrae are more massive than the waist, I fear this one would be too tail-heavy - massive hindlegs, massive tail - the torso suggests an airborn creature, but the pelvis and tail look too heavy for such kind of animal.

hhm, i see what you mean, especially with the tail. i'll be sure to adjust that with the next revamp.
what would you suggest for the pelvis? i referenced from a human for the type of movement i wanted, but should i change that?

I would definitely look into pterosaurs for reference, they are the closes thing to vwyverns we know about, but you can alter it to your needs and desire of course! or small theropod dinosaurs!
