Although the image is different it appears to be the same as the previous one that you placed here.
Frankly I believe that the first one had more impact because I saw it first.
Having said that it does make a clear statement which is important, perhaps you could lighten the back ground a little?
I love the concept and the message you are depicting and can understand what you are trying to show.
I believe that the image could be stronger with a change of back ground, again perhaps a little lighter.
This subject is a tender one to visualise and I appreciate your effort in putting this across.
I would like to see some positive stuff from you also as I feel that you are capable of some great Ideas.
This is a good project to look at and finding different ways to visualise the concept could be a challenge.
keep up the work it is good and will always get some attention from on lookers.
May be you could designe a poster for a campaigne?

To be honest, I didn't have a set subject or topic in mind when I did this, emotionally or mentally. I was only drawing on my arm and the image turned out a lot darker than I realized. I appreciate your critique however. This picture is one of those that is open to a lot of views on what it is.
