I went back later with a couple of US Quarters as a size reference so you can see how small the weasel was.Related content

I was about 12-15 feet away from them when I snaped these pictures. One of the few times I have seen weasel's, and this time I was lucky to get pictures.

I have had ferrets (European polecats) as pets, and they can be a lively bunch! They are biger then weasels. I was lucky to get pictures of weasels, in the past they would be too fast for me to get a picture of them.

A lot of my friends are ferret-lovers, I've never had one. Like the rest of the mustelids they are the cutest little amoral, vicious, killers

But with a sense playing and having fun! I could have a bad day at work, come home and pull the fuzzy critters out of the habitat, sit on the floor and play with them. It would brighten up the rest of the day.
