PHWEW! I've been waiting to submit this for months now- [ kept coming back to edit ] feels good now that its finally done with the finished character concept.
Coulnd't resist- a scarred/frightened Makoto is just too cute and NEEDS TO BE KEPT SAFE JUST BUNDLE HIM UP IN A BLANKET AND GIVE HIM HIS CATS. ( Course he can always rely on Sukairra-chan OvO.... and Haru for the most part. )
