On a deeper subject, Satoru Iwata passed away today.To say the least, My Disbelief kicked in. This man helped make a treasure I hold to dear lengths. He will be missed dearly.

Also, I thought Claus just got lost in the mountains, i didn't think he died (however the last picture of him was him laying face first on a hidden part of the mountain. He coulda been sleeping?)

And no, he did pass away, but it's not really clear if he did die in the mountain scene or not.

Claus didnt die in the mountains, the mecha drago put him on the verge of death due to throwing him off the cliff, it was shown (in an unused sprite animation ) where the pigmasks find him and built him into the masked man, so he was still alive at that point, they didnt touch his brain or anything, they replaced his insides with robotics...he then died after the whole confrontation with lucas and co. Near the last needle
