Description
So it seems that everyone loves one of my newest-ish characters, Skylee's daughters Lilli. in my first drawing of baby Lilli with Skylee, everyone loved the drawing a lot with about 40 views and some positive comments and I'm very happy with that, and then yesterday I posted another drawing of her with some of her toys and again everyone loved it a lot rn and one of my good pals Shawntheimmortal942 loved it too and asked me if Lilli can be friends with one of his OC's Kai and I told him yeah sure and so I decided to do this drawing of Lilli having her very first play-date with someone new.

Story: One day Skylee just left a store with some grocery, and some baby stuff like baby toys, diapers and all that stuff until she bumped into an old friend, Steampunk Shawn. They had a lil chat on how they've been, she told him that she's a mom and he was happy for her and he said that he has a kid of his own.
Skylee was happy for him and thought maybe they can schedule a play-date between Lilli (Skylee's daughter) and Kai (Steampunk Shawn's adopted daughter)

one week later...
everything was ready for the play-date and Skylee was a bit nervous since she hasn't done a playdate thing before, but she had everything for it just in case like some snacks for the kids and some diapers just in case Lilli needed to be changed until she heard a knocking on her door.
Skylee: Oh that must be them, *picks up Lilli into her arms* Come on sweetie, time to meet a new friend ^^
Lilli: *baby talk*
Skylee then went and open the door until they suddenly saw a lil pink-ish monster thing with a lil roar which made Skylee jump a bit and Lilli then began to cry from being scared. But then they realized that the lil monster was actually Kai in a dinosaur custom being held by Steampunk Shawn but then put her down.
Steampunk Shawn: OH CRAP! I am so sorry, I didn't mean to do that!
Skylee: nah its fine. *trying to get Lilli to stop crying* shhh shhh Lilli its ok. Don't cry, sweetie. *whips Lillis tears away and gave her, her pacifier to calm her down* There we go, much better ^^" hehe
Kai: *pulls her hood down and looks up to Skylee and Lilli* I'm sorry miss.
Skylee: I forgive u. u must be Kai right? *kneels down to her level while still holding Lilli*
Kai: *shakes her head yes*

After introducing each other, Skylee guided both Steampunk Shawn and Kai to the living room for their play-date, she had a big play-mat on the floor for the kids to play with some toys, while Skylee and Steampunk Shawn watches them just in case since kids r so small. Skylee sits Lilli down on the playmat and takes out some toys for her to play with like some blocks, while Kai carried with her a pink dinosaur plushie to play with, then Skylee and Steampunk Shawn just watched them play while they catch up
Skylee: So how have u been? Its been awhile since I've seen ya
Steampunk Shawn: well lets just say, its been a bit... complicated *takes a drink of coffee while thinking about the horror related to Skylee who snapped lol* but how have u been?
Skylee: I'm doing great, thanks for asking ^^ *takes a sip of her coffee* Just being a great mom and stuff lol. So Kai seems like good kid ^^
Steampunk Shawn: Yeah, she's a lil ball of sunshine ^^ I can say the same for kid too heh *looks at the kids*
Skylee: Thanks dude ^^ *looks at the kids too* Looks like their getting along greatly.
Lilli have been stacking up her blocks while Kai was running around on the play-mat with her plushies while making lil roars but cute roars which made the kids laugh

Lilli: *still has pacifier in her mouth while clapping and then knocked her blocks down*
Kai: *running around Lilli with her plushie* raaaaarrrrrrr raaarrrrr XD *helped Lilli to stack her blocks up again* OH! OH! I got an idea!
Kai and Lilli then began to reenact Godzilla knocking down buildings by using Kai's plushie and Lilli's blocks (neither of them ever saw Godzilla, I just thought that would be funny lol XD) a while later after they played, they had a meal, played a lil more and took a nap, until it was time for Kai and Steampunk Shawn to go home.
Steampunk Shawn: *checks his pocket watch* Oh look at the time, we have to get going. *smiles at Skylee and then back at the kids* come on Kai, lets go.
Kai: *stands up with her plushie and was about to go until she returned to Lilli* Lilli, I'm very very very sorry for scaring you before, but I really had fun *closes her eyes feeling bad for a bit until she felt Lilli giving her soft head pats with her soft lil hands which changed Kai's frown into a smile*
Steampunk Shawn: That was very nice of you to apologies Kai ^^
and just like that Kai gave Lilli a big hug where Lilli returned the hug which made Skylee's heart melt and took a picture of them hugging.
After that Steampunk Shawn and Kai left, Skylee then began to think of another play-date for Lilli and her new friend.

So I'll be honest this story was a bit tricky for me to do but I think I did good on it, but tell me what u all think in the comments. However I think I did the drawing best ^^ with Lilli and Kai playing around ^^
I think I drew the kids great so do tell me what u all think. I hope u all love the drawing and I hope Shawntheimmortal942 loves the drawing too since this drawing was for him lol ^^
