Thats a really well done drawnig you got there. I see you really liked it indeed. The water flows so natural in this drawing and you thought abuot every details. On the foreground it even looks like the water has little 'flowers' ehre and thre. But i might be using too much imagination.
I love the female in the middle of the ocian. You made a good color palette. I wonder if you might not have used Green for her shirt, in stead of blue and white. It does match nicely with te water, but the figure fades more to the background and becomes more with the ocean. But its a choice you've made.
Aside from that i love the little water creatures, it looks like some kind of dolphin jumping out of the water and then that pretty bird alike creature in the air.
The back background is nicely done as well. I love the lightsource, teh clouds and how the sea fades in the farest edges of our eyes.
Again the only thing i see with it is the clothing color of the female. And the fact she isnt standing out much. You are more staring at the sea and whats happening. Again, perhaps it was your intention.
Either way its really well done.

Your right, there is flowers in the ocean xD; The thing that is a dolphin, is actually a dragon. The little bird is a butterfly, LOL Thing is, I like my backgrounds to be just as important as my characters, since with no background, there is nothing to think about in the picture. The character is just there

I hope you are saticefied that people can see more then just a dragon / butterfly if they use their imagination. Since your drawing is very open to interpretend what could be happening and so on.
