The ultimate showdown. Lol, took a while. I'm still new to the digital art thing, so as i say in all my stuff, feel free to be constructive
Also i explain to everyone why Batman used a freakin sword here, does the green goo mean anything? lol Anyway, hope its any good, or do i have to stick to my usual announcement that my stuff is crap lol

Batz an expert in blade and since he never uses a gun... O_o thought he'd lace his sword with Krypto in case he had to get down and dirty with Supes and Supes... well that's supposed to be blood but oh well hehe O_o

yes I was thinking of that sword...could be cooler if batman used wires but then again superman wouldn't be hurt with that...
on second thought the green goo reminds me of something...hmmm could it be...? haha another way of killing superman besides throwing 'rocks' at him... but cooler XD

If you're 16 (as I'm gathering from the rest of these comments) I'm pretty impressed, particularly with the subtleties of your color work. I assume this is photoshop? Have you had training / tutorials or did you teach yourself? Real nice.
Since I see you're looking for advanced critique:
-The perspective doesn't make sense. The piece of building / smokestack in the foreground (behind the batarang) is heavily skewed but the buildings nearer to Batman and Superman are not (they'd be even more skewed than the one in the foreground!).
-It looks like there's windows in the background building on the right side.
-I like the way you handled the buildings in the far far background. But I keep looking at the two buildings in the nearer background (next to the giant Superman symbol). I don't understand what the building silhouettes in front of them mean. Is that meant to be shadows cast by buildings in the foreground?
-I think I'd emphasize the kryptonite more. As it is the goo almost looks like a light glare (I might have missed it if you hadn't mentioned it in the description). The blade could probably stand to be completely green, imo; you'd make what was going on clearer and it would probably look cooler too

haha thanks. At first i studied by myself although recently i've decided to get help. And yes it is photoshop. The building shapes are shadows alright, cast by the flaming city underneath caused by the devestating fight of the two. Thanks for taking the time to make such a long and helpful comment

This happened before. The Dark Knight Returns. Ofcourse, Batman didn't exactly defeat Superman that way.

yah i know haha. It happened loads of times before. Hush for one... thoough it was more of a draw. Dark Knight Strikes Back there was another battle, but Bats used Greean Arrow, Atom and Flash along with cleverly placed traps to defeat Superman. All Bats actually ever did was give the last punch just to rub it in

Actually, engagin the man of steel without nothing is NOT a fair fight. Hell the guys faster than a speeding bullet and can puound you to mush as far away as the sun! Far as I'm concerned, Batman using a couple og gadgets and pals still won't even the odds, but Bat's head... yah that's more like it lol

YEah....the world need a DC fighting game....so this eternal debate on these things can be settled once and for all. I mean no one talks about how Hulk would beat up Juggernaught or vice versa.

between the two hulk would probabaly win. He's the first guy i know to have smashed adimantium (okay so it was just a thin needle made of adimantium but it's STILL adimantium) haha. Yah they should do what Marvel did with Capcom. or better yet make a even better one haha

haha. No that he can barely broke adimantium. What happened there was he tore Wolverine's ligaments, which ISN'T covered in Adimatium.

He tore through wolverine's spine...i think that was coated with adamantium. So basically Wolverine was in pieces. He threw the lower extremities 10 miles away from Logans upper body. Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk.

No, they already explained it wasnt adimantium torn, ti was the ligaments connecting the spine to his lower parts. And yah i know, i have it too.

Hm.... now i remember why i'll never be as good as you when it comes to coloring.... : Though, Bat's position looks a bit akward, don't you think? how the sword is held and the grappling hook? And why'd ya make batsy blue again!? the shade seems a bit bright!!!!!!! he looks like them dynamic duo hanna barbera cartoons again. hehe! Cool work though, i say such since i know i'll never be able to equal it, but then again, not too many in our age bracket can, so....

uuuuh yahhh.... right. the reason why batty is bright is cuz if i made him waaay dark like his usual self, superman (who has bright shadows) would steal the attention (stupid Alien...) and batman would start fading into the building behind him... I want the two to be equally noticeable (bats and sups that is, not bat and the building... )

lol yah sure, but i'm not the first one to color him blue, hell a lot of the comics these days still color him blue, hell Batman Hush had a blue batman, and that's Jim Lee as artist... that's god as artist... lol

Nice Coloring job! It looks great! The blade looks awesome with the kryptonite highlights! The S on the billboard is really good and I like the beveled puched out look to it! Also love the coloring on the building with the bricks falling apart! Really nice job all around!
