Strengths and weaknesses: Her stubbornness is her best strength since she wouldnt even come to the center of the city, if it wasnt for it. She also never forgets when someone did her wrong, and she will punish them the worst way possible, and that is using her fire power, she so dearly treasures. However even though she doesnt forget, she forgives, and will forgive anyone who had done her wrong, except the assassin that murdered her father. She is also naive and trusts sparks too much, which gets her in trouble and she ends up betrayed and backstabbed. This is her greatest weakness.

Personality: Despite her fathers death, Joe is always cheerful and happy. She will try to smile even when the situation is bad, and will always try to cheer her friends up. She is also kind hearted and will help anyone in need. However there is a downside to her kind personality. She is very naive and will trust anyone. She believes people can change and she gives second chances. However she is pretty hotheaded when dealing with people she dislikes, or strangers and rushes her decisions up. She is also kinda stubborn, especially about her main goal of finding her father's assassin. Despite her good personality she is really bad with taking care of pups. She is awfully chatty and talks more than she should. Its a achievement to get her to shut up.

Bio: Joe was originally born as Molly and grew up on a farm that her parents owned. They were both farmers so she learned everything about farming and farm animals from them. She didnt know any other life except the one at the farm, didnt know many people except the farm folks from around and has never been to the center of Underground Tokyo. She grew up as a happy only pup in the family. But her life will change after one night when she'll get up to get milk from downstairs. She saw her father return late, all covered in blood, but not his own. She hid upstairs and overheard his and her mothers conversation. He was talking about a difficult target, low money and her mother seemed to understand. That day Joe realized that her parents were not farmers, but they were assassins. Her mother quit the job after her birth but her father continued working whenever he could. The whole farm thing was a cover up, an escape from that life. She couldnt believe her own parents would be assassins, they didnt even look like ones. She lived with the secret pretending not to know until her teen years. One day her father didnt return from the farm. She could feel that something bad was going on. She was sure when her mother sat her down and told her everything. She also told her that her father was killed that night, by another assassin, and that they must keep a low profile. They changed their names and moved to another farm where her mother continued to raise her daughter. Her new name was Joe, and she dreamed of becoming a detective and going to the big city to look for answers about her father's murder. She wouldnt let go. So she became a merchant selling her mother's product from the chicken farm, hoping to meet someone that can help her find the assassin responsible for the murder of her father. She goes back to the farm sometimes, but was really amazed by the beautiful sparks and the glamorous life in the center of Underground Tokyo. She is now thorn apart between trying to find her father's murderer or letting go and starting a new life in the big city. She thinks the best thing to do is to find the assassin, kill him and then start over with a new life. Until then, she spends her days chatting with the locals while selling her merchandise, hoping to find out useful information, and finally revenge her father's death.

Additional information: She wants to be a detective. Despite both of her parents being assassins, she doesnt have the killer instinct in her. She wishes to become beautiful as the sparks preforming at the "Lotus".
