When he was just five, his parents had given him a toy plane he used to play with everyday. Until it was lost a year later when he was at the park with his mom. When he was ten years old, there was a house fire that was a possibity of an attack due to his father being a mercenary. Both of his parents died in the fire, but Mako survived and has a huge scar that went down on his face. The reason on how he got that scar was when a piece of wood fell on top of his face, leaving a huge slash where his nose and cheeks are. Kids at school kept calling him scarface with made him feel terrible enough to know that he wasn't going to let this happen. He became more aggressive soon through and decided to join the mercenaires at age thirteen. After going through a lot of training, he was assinged to a mission with another mercenary named Kylian Walker, a human who is the same age as Mako. His mercenary name was Flare Comet Mercenary because he uses a comet that appears every one-hundred years that helps with his fire Shugiyo. They became friends after knowing each other for a long time. But Mako was more of a leader while Kylian is a listener. It was at the same time he got the name Vermillion Scar Mercenary, because of his scar on his face. At age sixteen, he had evolved into a Delphox and was a master at strategy. At age ninteen, he met the love of his life name Shinlee Kymora, a Delphox and at age twenty-five they get married. She gave birth to twins named Nolaki and Hanzaku. But in 2005, Nolaki became a vampire while Hanzaku also became a vampire a year later. In 2009, his wife died to an illness that she couldn't fight and her grave was in the cemetery that his parents were buried in. Then Mako mysteriously disapeared in 2010 and no one knew where he was at. The police tried every lead they could to find him but it ended up as a dead end. It was so difficult that it became a cold case. Both of his children couldn't find him anywhere and feared the worse, eventually, they found out where he was and brought him back.
