It's the Beast from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Is it just me or was he way better looking as the beast instead of the man? Okay, now is that just disturbing or what?Aw, my last art update for 2004!

I agree! The beast looked so much better! That's a sweet drawing, excellent job on the shading...looks like he's ready to turn around to face the looker and roar, "WHAT!"

the beast was most definitely the best as a beast. I can't see his human form taking on Gaston with as much rage and animosity as the Beast form. And the tail is really cute.

Paper towels! What an idea. I hold my pencil oddly, so whenever I draw something, I end up with an entirely gray hand, and the table I'm drawing on (and the walls) have smudge marks because I have to keep wiping my hands on something.

Wonderful pic! I, too, liked him more as a beast. I mean, he even made a hideous human. They could have at least left him with the goatee or something...
Anyway, just terrific. Much better than mine. What did you use? I'm stuck with boring old pencils...

Just used mechanical pencil and rolled up paper towel and my fingers for smudging. That's about all I use unless sometimes I touch it up on Photoshop, but I indicate that's the case when I do.

my god, I love it. You made him look so fearsome, it reminds me of the beast at the begining of the movie when he bellows at maurice. But it's really gorgeous. would you let me feature it on my batb fansite (which I'm building)? I would give you full credit and a link and all of course

nice picture and the selective shading really brings him out.. I know, whats up with that? the first time I saw him transform into human form I was very disappointed... not only did he look strange to me but not at all like he should.

He is way better looking as the Beast than as the man. *nods* I always felt faintly let-down after he turned back into a man. He had teeth and claws! He was warm and furry! He was tamed by this pretty French lass. So much cooler that way.
I need to find some NC-17 fics with him and Belle /so bad/.
