Of course Auriel couldn't bring just one of his youngsters. The half-brothers stuck together like glue and were an important support for each other. Which meant that he had to enter with both of them, but that had been his goal anyway. Both stallions had performed very well during their training sessions and Auriel was certain they were ready for their first challenge.
Shanghai eyed the spooky looking obstacles with noticeable scepticism, but his wary nature came in handy when it was about jumping extra high to stay as far away as possible from all those scary shark teeth.
