Hoping you all got to spend some quality time with family, friends, or however you most enjoy Christmas.
Thank you all for the great love and kindness you've shared with me over the years.
Life flies by SO fast and we sometimes lose track of what's important in life.
Christmas always brings reality crashing back into my consciousness as I think of those who are sick, sad or no longer with us. I've lost SO many friends in the past 3 years, and ALL of them were younger than me. That really makes you think.
PLEASE let those you love KNOW that you love them. Sometimes that's all they need to hear to change their life course.
I know it's what changed my life many years ago. Knowing there was someone who cared about me. Just a friend.
If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, please remember you ARE NOT ALONE. All our friends here on DA care for us. I am always available if you need someone to talk to. Someone DOES care about you.
