Install Rainmeter from [link] and then copy this rainmeter skin to the rainmeter skins folder.. you can visit the official Rainmeter site too for more information..

well... the glows will appear when the computer (laptop) is charging.. And maybe you have set the skin to be undraggable?

I've recently upgraded to Rainmeter 2.0.. I actually made this skin using Rainmeter 1.4+ and I have noticed that it doesn't drag in Rainmeter 2.0 because of the left mouse click toggle.. I will change the toggles and I'll just update this deviation..

I have updated this deviation. Please download it again. Sorry for the not-so-sophisticated code..

Maybe you have set the skin to be undraggable or something? If the ring can be toggled and if the colors can be toggled with the middle mouse button, then I guess there's nothing wrong with the skin. If you haven't changed the settings (e.g. Draggable, Click Through), I'll find a way out...
