Finally finished this! ='D Lots of Pokemon to evolve. Alternate title probably could've been 'River has fun with colors and the bristle brush.'

So in the top left corner, there's Patches the newly evolved Azumarill and Titania the Prinplup, splashing around the ocean-
Top right, Berry the now Delcatty, eating her moonstone. I don't think that's how it's supposed to be used...
Bottom left, Monet the Turtwig evolving into now Monet the Torterra, and lastly,
Peppermint the Bayleef, Nightfeather the Trumbeak, and Sweet Roll the Furret.

I technically had some other Pokemon that could evolve, but aside from the fact there's only one more image I could've crammed in here anyways, I had something special in mind for them~.
