Well, Blossom and Danni were both made by science, and Fiona is a warrior alone in a world where she's one among many as her male counterpart Finn. So I'm thinking it could go like this: A scientist or two (Utonium and/or Vlad and/or Simone the Ice Queen) try to create an obedient, perfect little warrior to combat the forces the world when an accident creates a completely different being than expected. She defies her creators, gets lost in a distant land, fends herself off for a while by herself until someone comes along (Someone who's merged with Josh and Margaret the Dogs' genderbent cat counterparts. The Mayor and Ms. Bellum and Jack and Maddie Fenton perhaps?), and raise her alongside their own kids (Bubbles and Buttercup, Danny and Jazz, and Cake and the genderbent cat version of Jermaine. Jazmine?) She grows up, becomes the warrior she's meant to be, but for a more righteous purpose instead, meets and fights a few evil creatures from where she came from (ghosts, monsters, villains), and a monster created as a side-effect of her birth (Mojo Jojo/Lych King/Skullker?) driven by a sole purpose to brilliantly and effectively end not just her, but all life as well so to rule the world in his own image, but gets humiliated and imprisoned to random dimensions constantly because of his arrogance, blind animal-like fury, and loud mouth. Her future is uncertain, but everyone's future is often bleak and rigged against them, but she triumphs over it and saves the day beside her sisters over and over again. How's that sound?

Dassiona, Hero of Oomity Town
As everyone knows, our universe is split into two worlds. Mortalis; where mortals dwell, and Limbo; where the spirits of the dead dwell. For untold eons, the spirits of the damned would crawl from Limbo and torment the living, leaving Mortalis a ruined and terrifying world. That was until he came. Bildan the Phantom, a legendary hero born half-spirit. Together with his companion Samyon Tucker, he slew countless damned and saved many lives.
But there was another... Marladin Plasmium; a wealthy philanthropist and a mad genius, he too was touched by Limbo and endowed with it's supernatural power. Though often well-meaning and generous, Marladin was also prone to petty arrogance and deranged narcissism, which led him to a desire to enthrall Bildan to his cause of world-domination (That and he was obsessed with Bildan's mom, but that's best discussed elsewhere.). After multiple rejections, Marladin decided it would better to create a spiritborn of his own, and stole a portion of Bildan's essence to create a clone empowered with the three elements of Limbo. Everything would have gone to plan had his damned-servant, Pardar Dardar, not sabotaged the project, causing an explosion which opened a massive rift into Limbo. When the dust settled, there remained a single lost baby girl. She mindlessly wandered the wild places of the world and would have surely perished, had she not been discovered by the gatoids Jossibell and Mayor Morgan of Oomity Town.

In Oomity Town; Jossibell and Morgan raised the young girl, whom they named Dassiona, along-side their two other daughters, Cupcake and Bubbline. (All you really need to know about them for now is that Cupcake is a sassy street-smart shape shifter and Bubbline is a soft-hearted but tough-skinned warrior.) When Dassiona's nature as a spiritborn revealed it's self, her adoptive parents wasted no time teaching her in the ways of heroism, especially in fighting the damned, a skill Jossibell was renowned for. After years of training and with the help of her sisters, Dassiona has become a legendary hero herself, proving to be perhaps the mightiest spiritborn in history.
But all is not well, now a great shadow looms over Oomity Town. Pardar Dardar has returned to Mortalis as a mighty King of the Damned, eager to destroy the universe and recreate it in own nightmarish image. Thankfully he is just arrogant and short-sighted enough that, with Cupcake and Bubbline by her side, Dassiona has so far been able to keep King Dardar at bay and succeeding at humiliating him each time. But the Damned-King's armies are vast, his minions are powerful, and his own power knows few limits. Sooner or later, he will gain the upper-hand and when that time comes, will our heroines be able to overcome the challenge?
