The Savior is a Light Grimm who lives in all beings, Man, Faunus and Grimm, it's even a guardian of two gates, the Haven and the Hell, it means, it's called the truth in Remnant. The Savior is a pure Grimm, but if some one who is half Grimm is angry, see more red, the pure Grimm transform into a corrupted creature, it happened once in many years ago, but there was no other Grimm who attacked, in stead it was only the Savior and the one who released it.

This is the same Grimm, who Skye released, but that up there, who attacked and released the Savior, isn't Skye.
