This is some lineart of all the characters I have come up with so far for a story I'm working on, but will never finish.What's the story about? I have no idea...it's just a collection of short stories so far that I'm trying to work into an overall arc. I do know I want it to be scifi-ish. It will have a lot of theoretical physics and the usual fake science fiction mixed in.
The main character is that girl sort of in the middle looking...uh...whatever that expression there is...I'm not sure why I drew most of them looking depressed haha.
Anyway, these are my characters so no stealing and whatnot.

OMG how long did this take! Just sketch and lineart alone must have taken forever! (unless you are super pro and can do this unbelievably quickly...ARE you super pro? I wouldnt doubt it...this is AMAZING!)

Well, I kinda cheated...ForΒ half of the characters I copied and pasted old sketches of them into the picture to see where I wanted them positioned.Β And the others IΒ sketchedΒ justΒ for this pictureΒ (which are the ones in the more interesting poses).
Then after I was satisfied with where everyone was (which probably took the longest time -.-) I redrew the lines...then redrew them again...But it wasn't really tracing since they were altered so much.
So it didn't take me as long as it would have if I had to draw everyone from scratch. And that might be why some character's styles don't seem to match the others haha.
Anyways thanks for your awesome comment, and I'm sure you worked harder on your anniversary pic than I did on this (since yours is colored and everything and beautiful).

Even so, i think you did a fantastic job here! I dont think it was really cheating. It was all still 100% done by you...and you had to redo the lines multiple times! I for one hate doing lineart (cuz it takes FOREVER for me) and to know that you did the lineart for ALL of this? Much respect goes to you X3
Naw, i'm sure that if this pic of urs was 100% done, it would beat my anniversary pic out easily X3
