Surprise! I did a random.org thing and put the total number of watchers I have and let it choose someone.. It chose number 43, and so I went to that persons page and saw that they were active.. then I remembered that they had a request, so I used that O.C and drew this really nice picture!I haven't done a detailed chibi that was lined for quite some time ;;
