Note: when Turbo Charge reaches full velocity he becomes pure energy.. the helmet is linked to a web of satellites and computers which assist him in trajectory travel routes and detailed building layouts..his inner helmet view gives him a heads up display and records his body changes.. as he speeds.. .his belt can detach and form a hand held energy beam weapon.. as well as a functional grapple.

Turbo Charge:

he has the power to shoot electricity from his hands, and he can run at super speeds, even to the point where he turns into a bolt of lightning energy.. which sometime later I will showcase.. here is the origin story for all you new comers:

Robert Roads was testing his new Super Speed Motorcycle and Aerodynamically designed Body suit in an abandoned field just outside Hyperdine Labs, when a freak lightning strike hit the facility just as they were running tests on their particle accelerator. Robert was struck with a brilliant flash of energy and light and crashed his cycle into a nearby forest.

When Rob awoke, he found himself unharmed but unable to control his body, every time he moved he would move at an uncanny speed, and to top it off he also was able to eject lightning from his body as well as become an energy bolt at top speeds..

A static charge that he could eventually use to direct at an enemy, if necessary. Rob went to Hyperdine to find out what had happened to him, the head of the science and research division, Doctor Marshal Shaw was interested in using Rob for his military experiments, and tried to capture Rob, but he escaped and vowed to stop evil corporate and sciences from being used to harm innocents, donning the name Turbo Charge, Rob went on to fight crime and injustice, and Doctor Shaw's evil nefarious schemes.

His greatest nemesis is that of the evil speedster Fastlane!! A product of experimentation by Shaw and Hyperdine.

Eventually Turbo Charge was approached and joined the Guardian Legion.
