Well well... It's not that great I think, satisfactory maybe.Looking for some pointers for the shading, mistakes and ways to rectify it maybe. Will be greatly appreciated

I find nothing lacking or of excess; you've rendered good pencil strokes to facilitate hair strands, to a point (I suspect) applied pressure intentionally on some of the strands to stand out. Minor note, superficial at most; though the right eye seems a bit to hidden from the shadows, the left eye catches my attention, with a bit of light glare is a nice touch

Ah... So I see... Well, I'm really inexperienced with accurate shading. I mostly predict to the best of my knowledge
That's why I was unsure.
About her right eye, I figured it's a little concealed too, but I wasn't able to fix it due to not being able to completely be sure of the shading there. Any ideas?

Merely superficial at most, but a lighter tone could help it (slightly erasing a part of the shadow, then "buffing" the dark edges using a clean cloth; like in the same shading tone done with the left eye) -- a gradual shade at most so it won't appear as part of the hair

I guess you may be right, though I do believe only a person with bad eyesight would fully believe that the eye here is part of the hair. You will notice that there's a highlight at part of the hair that meets the eye.
