"They are beasts in human form." - Zero Kiryu from Matsuri Hino's "Vampire Knight"

So.... I've been waiting for like... EVER to shoot this. This bloody bathtub thing... with Zero. Yeah, this was way more fun than it should have been. XD Yes, I'm a little crazy, but it was so fun! All the blood!! -goes to hide in corner now-

I have always found Zero's thoughts on his state of being a vampire to be interesting. His hatred for vampires, a creature with uncontrollable desires, I think stems more from the fact that he can't seem to control them much either and thus he knows he is like the 'monster' that killed his parents. And yet, even though he for the most part sees the only real solution to his 'monstrous' desires is to kill himself, he stops because of his love for Yuki and keeps fighting his inner demons and struggles. So for Zero, as difficult as it is for him to keep living as a vampire, it's worth it as long as he can be there for the one he loves.

I like to think in this picture, Zero is about to end it all, when the thought of Yuki makes him freeze and halt what he's doing.

"You love me...that's enough." -Zero

Major thanks to all those who put up with my weird wish to shoot this. I hope to get more shots of this shoot up soon. But anyway, I hope you like it!
