taking a break from my BRS fanart..^^i'm making a BRS based OC, and decided to take the opportunity to make a tutorial, so, here it is. this tutorial is for SAI paint tool, but i made a note at the end of the tutorial so that you could also try this in adobe photoshop..
i'm very bad at explaining my method so please don't hate me and just ask away if you have any question..

why do u use the binary tool?
use the pen or ink pen
then click "perserve opacity" then change the color D:

i didn't say what i do is right..
i use binary tool so that it would be easier to fill in the flat colors.
i know what i'm doing..hehe..this has been my style of coloring for two years now.
