This is a photograph I took before noon when the ice barely started to melt. It might not look like much, but the icicles could easily measure over a foot.

What makes this picture interesting is how ice like this is not seen every day. The last time it had iced over the city I live in was 5 years ago, but it was half as bad. (San Antonio is always hot and humid where winter weather could easily average to about 70 degrees.)
