Think about it. Videl only kicked butt when she was a teenager to young adult and practically ruled over Orange Star Highschool. Gohan is too much of a push over. And without doubt, Videl is not as scary as Chichi.
From what I pick up, Pan has a stronger will like Videl. I'm sure Pan would have had an encounter like this at least once in her life.

I took allergy medicine. I fell asleep around 5 PM to take a quick cat nap. I woke up at 11:30PM-- and am awake like it's no one's business. My next semester starts tomorrow. T_T;
