Description
Here is a post-it animation I did for class. The idea was to have something morph into something else so this is what I did. The class seemed pretty impressed by it but with the time limitations I just felt like I could do better. I still thought it worth while to put up here for you to see.Related content

It's impressively simple and graphic. ^^ The transition is also quite beautiful.
Wonderfully done. The boredom is palpable, and the class is probably amazed you got all this in the time limit (and a mere 30 frames).
(I personally love the way the tail slowly hooks around the foot as it changes back.)

I had to think about how to respond to this because I often find it hard to know what to say to praise and honestly this is some of the biggest praise I have gotten, which I assure you I am truly thankful. As for people in the class, I'm not sure how many people saw it because I've always been shy with regards to showing off publicly. I know a couple of students who saw it liked what I had done but having seen what a few other the other classes put up I know some of them have made some pretty good stuff themselves.
Thank you very much for the feedback and I'm really glad you like it as much as you do, lets me know I've done something right haha....I really am flattered.

Oh, relax. I can't even figure out a way to post my animation tests onto deviantart. ( [link] All I can post, if not my finished work, is my thumbnails. What format do you use? I'm not at all good with computers.)
Damn, I know firsthand how much of a problem that 'shyness' thing is. My father has friends who have friends in the business (including, so he says, the friend of the friend of the friend of the friend x10 of the guy who created 'CatDog') and pressures me to just call them up and introduce myself as 'The son of X is going to Columbia's animation program and wants advice on what courses the studios will be looking for.' How do I tell him that the prospect of talking to them would pretty much put me into anaphlytic shy shock? (I'm not bragging about my luck, I'm cursing the fact that I can't capitalize on it. The world is cruel.)
If I do end up with an inside connection, I might be able to put in a good word if you'd like.
Glad to hear you're surrounded by cool people in this sense. That's never a bad thing, really.
Oh, relax, compadre! ^U^ You've done good work and you deserve some recognition.
And that tail is really well done.

Honour?! Well, I'm just a guy on the computer, with a office chair that has one wheel substituted with planks of wood. Thank you though.

Well it's an honour from anyone who thinks that of my work, it doesn't matter if they draw or not. Complements aren't something to take for granted.

I like how you did the transformation. The colors are very good too.

Buying the lightbox has helped me out to no end when trying to animate, I dount the transformation would have worked as well without one.

That's very good. Are you planning on using an animation program like Toon Boom for your animations?

I have been meaning to learn how to use Toon Boom some time. I guess it's something I need to put on my todo list.

I tried it a few weeks ago, but it was the PLE version, so trying to officially work on animations wasn't possible :C

Thank you most kindly, making it I didn't know how it would turn out. With post-it's being so small that any mistake I make would be more obvious, I'm glad that people like it.
