That's it. . .I'm officially addicted to textures 0_0Ah well. I think it looks kinda nice, though the pants are an epic fail.
Random character was originally random, but I just named him Kohta because it's the first name that came to my head. Just sketching a random boy and - wallah! He came out.
Don't ask me what those hardly-decipherable symbols towards the right of the picture is because I don't know. I needed to put something over there xD

All you've got to do is have some textures ready, open GIMP, pull down the File button at the top and open the button that says "Open As Layer" or something like that. Pick the texture you want and open it. Make sure to put it about your pictures, and then lower the opacity to your liking, and, there you go! To make it go in a specific area you'll need to erase the areas that you do not want texture (may take a little time if you're doing a specific object).
I'm not sure if that's what you're asking for, if not, please correct me, but that's how I do it. It's a little than Photoshop with textures.

uhhh it's a long long story XDD Prussia was technically an Empire in history, but was dissolved who knows how long ago. But there's this anime series where they turn countries into characters and it's really funny. I'm not sure that you'd like it, but Prussia is funny, even if he's not one of the main characters.

REALLY? You're like the first person I've met outside the internet besides my best friend who doesn't go to our school anymore who was interested. Hetalia Axis Powers is the first series. The episodes are only 5 minutes, but the first one is so fast you'll probably have to watch it twice XD
