Lumpy is, by far, my LEAST favorite character in htf. he's incredibly stupid and causes more deaths than Flippy. BLARFIN FLIPPY!

Well,after five years of keeping my secret top secret, I guess I can divulge it. ;]
You need vector software for this. What you do is make each shape (like the hand, for instance) two objects on top of each other. There's the dark blue hand, and the light blue hand, but the light blue hand is smaller and a bit more oddly shaped than the dark blue one, thus creating the off-kilter outline.

THat is a pretty good mimic. I would like to use this for refference, since that the HTF site has little to no refference that's good. ;;^.^
