Description

Another new character I came up with recently (after playing Cyberpunk 2077 through for a second time). Kit lives in a cyberpunk world and works as a transporter moving items and people from place to place. He has a bright red motorcycle and loves riding around and looking for good food to eat. Their favorite food is ramen and aside from riding around on his bike he also enjoys arcade games and urban exploring.

This was an experiment with a lot of different things. I've been toying around with some of the features of my fox characters in my sketchbook for a while. I also noticed a lot of japanese foxes are yellow not orange and decided to try making a gold fox instead of a orange one. Also decided to try adding some hair to the character as this is another area I've traditionally had problems with.

I also tried a bit of color theory on this one using shades of blue and adjustment layers in photoshop for the shading instead of using black and it did seem to make the colors pop quite a bit. This paired up with putting the highlights on top of the eyes instead of making them drawn in line with the eyes really gave them a lot more depth.

I used an old photo from NYC for the background applying a few edits to make it kind of have the vibe I wanted it to. All in all I'm really happy with how this turned out and definitely will be using the lessons learned in future works. Also really like this character and want to do more with them
