In the Lorax fandom their is two shipping that people can chose from one is Oncest and the other is Normaler.

Norma-ler is the pairing of Once-ler and Ted's grandmother Norma (the younger version).

and I agree with this, from what I seen the Norma-Ler shipping dose make more scene and it dose have it’s flaws but I still prefer it over Oncest any day. The only reason I see why the Oncest thing exists is because there’s no other good looking male character to pair Once-ler up with and this turning a chacter to slashy guy thing happens in a lot of things like movies, games, comics ect. It's nothing new just sad.
So yeah if you ask I'm into the Norma-ler shipping.

Personally I like the idea of Once-ler being Ted's Grandpa though it makes me sad that he lived alone when he could have been part of a loving family.

I know how you feel on that. Once-Ler had a chance to see his daughter take her first steps or walk her down the aisle on her wedding day or be there for Ted when he needed advice or asked life's questions.
