This is a little experiment I wanted to tried when I was color this in photoshop.This is from the sketch I did called Nahvu's Back [link]
I didn't ink this, what I done was take it in to photoshop and darken the color of the sketch a bit there's still a bit of blue on it but it look good so I'm not going to fix it any further.
As for the Fur texture while I was coloring this image and looking in the texture i came a film grin texture I played around with the settings and applied it to the part of the fur were i want it then I smeared with a smear tool to make it look like fur then I added other textures, highlights and shades.
And I must say this turned out quite well I going to use this technique again for my other artworks.

Looks pretty good, really like the colors. the textures are a bit hard to see, but I like how it looks, gives her a short fur look.
