There isn't a lot I think I should give you advice on, but I hope this helps all the same!
face
The face shading looks great, and it's very fitting for the style that you used. But at the same time, Ene looks kind of pale - probably because of the grey used to shade. There are many types of greyish tones, some of which are more pink than grey, which are very useful when shading skin. Pinkish, peachy tones make a person look healthier and sometimes cuter.
So perhaps you could add a blush of some kind?
hair
There is just one suggestion I have, which is to add highlights in her hair. adding lighter parts make her hair shiner, more eye catching and pleasing to the eye. Since both Ene and the background are slightly dull, it would do the piece good to have more contrast.

as I mentioned earlier, Ene and the background are both slightly dull. I suggest that you brighten up Ene by adding highlights and shading more darkly, so that she doesn't blend into the background.
