Mist Walker | Active | Temporarily produces a thick mist around the casters body to a fine mist allowing them to avoid damage and retreat if needed. The mist stretches out over a distance of 6m [20ft] causing obstructed vision. The caster is only able to maintain this fog for up to a minute and able to cast it once every 12 hours.
Slight increase in mist density.
Increase in distance from 6m [20ft] to 15m [50ft].
Increase in time limit from one minute to five minutes.
Whirlwind | Active | Creates a turbulent wind that enshrouds caster fierce gale that can cut attackers and even allies that venture close enough. Centered around the caster, those that get within 3m [10ft] of this gale begin to receive steady damage that increases the closer you get. The caster is only able to maintain this for up to five minutes and is able to cast it once every twenty minutes.
Now capable of enshrouding others in the gale instead of himself.
Other person needs to be in his line of sight.
Like when he uses it on himself, those who act as the center of the storm are safe from it's damage.
Whisper | Active | Caster can deliver a spoken message through the air/wind to others nearby. While the target doesn’t need to be seen, it is better to have a visual target, or the message can go to the wrong person or no one at all. The caster is able to use this skill indefinitely, but it currently only has a distance of up to 18.2m [60 ft].
When working in conjunction with Mist Walker, Elliot is capable of detecting the voices of those trapped in the fog. Allowing him to eavesdrop on others conversations or detect where people are within the fog he creates.
Makes it easier for him to send his voice to others, since he can pinpoint where they are easier. This only works when in use with Mist Walker, meaning he can only pick up voices when it is in use and only within the distance range the skill dictates [15m/50ft].

Cheerful yet quiet boy who spends all his time pursuing things he deems to be interesting. While he can be helpful and friendly, he's prone to bouts of forgetfulness when focusing on whatever his current interest is. Which honestly makes him rather unreliable unless you physically drag him with you.

Story: Elliot woke in the wooded area near Elledolias like many other humans, with no recollection of who he was or where he came from. But he wasn't fearful of this, even as he struggled to recall his own name, he wasn't too worried.
It actually took a day or two before someone ultimately came across him in the trees, crouched over various plants and muttering to himself. And it took even more time for him to settle down in the village, taken in by someone who took pity on the spacy young man.
Days became weeks, and weeks turned to months as he learned about the world he was now in, magic, creatures, and what protectors were. Magic was something he took the most interest in, and when others tried to explain important things he'd usually just turn around back to that topic. Things like where he came from and who he was completely left his thoughts.
Through heavy encouragement by his temporary roommate, Elliot decided to join the protectors. As he saw it as a better way to go about learning more magic in a more active role.
