This 1 is just cause I often find myself contemplating how humiliating it would be if the owner who claims me as her property in the afterlife doesn't even realize I used to be human once. Imagine if the person who chooses you truly thinks you are just footwear that was designed with all those senses, and thoughts specifically so you could be better footwear, and know when to do your job better by using them. She doesn't even know you have thoughts of your own. She truly believes the only thing you think about is how to be good footwear cause there is no reason anyone would program footwear with any other thought process.
