Nicely drawn! Amazing how, with the proper talent behind them, the Daleks could be such menacingly evil things to be feared yet in anyone elses hands they would be laughed off the set. Overgrown salt and pepper shakers or scourge of the universe.

I never figured out how or why such a simple, harsh design like a dalek is so captivating. Maybe it's more what it is than how it looks. Either way, I'm captivated.

think you may be right there, the dalek is such an iconic design and yet so simple. they do say the best designs are often the least complex
( whoever 'they' may be! ) but the daleks certainly have a captivation just because of what they are .
