Aww she's gorgeous! Running around in the slums and black market areas she may well know my yol Ashley? He could even be a means of transporting the 'goods' through the city, his job would make him rather good at getting them around whilst remaining unseen.
Poor guy needs friends, he's quite the introvert at the moment :'D

Ooh possibly, she doesn't handle the 'goods' directly in her work, but instead makes deals with buyers as well as keeping record of all trades. They may have met whilst she was travelling through the sewers as a quick travel route, and if he'd even want to dabble in that kind of stuff, she may have asked for his passage way knowledge?

With Junction city's sewers and lower rail lines in such a state of disrepair anyone passing through would indeed need a guide, or risk falling to their death/being lost till they starve or get eaten by the rats (the sewer rats are a fair bit larger than the average pet rat).
