AAAH! My Dragonball character, REVISED

Name: Flow
Gender: Male
Race: Saiyan/Lark mutagen crossbreed.
Age: Does it matter? He won't age any further.
Power level: Huge due to the extreme gravity on planet Jekki.
Techniques:
SSJ1, SSJ2, Ultra SSJ2 (see description below), itsuryuu-ken (description below), regeneration, generic ki-blasts and kamehameha.

Description and backstory: Cloned from saiyan and lark DNA on the planet Jekki. With the help of lark technology he studied, followed and copied the saiyans on earth... until Goku reached SSJ3. Flow couldn't reach SSJ3 now matter how hard he tried. Thus, he went mad and developed Ultra SSJ2. Years later when the larks had perfected space travel, Flow went off to earth to face the saiyans.

About the techniques:
-Ultra SSJ2; Yeah, you guessed it. Just like regular USSJ, only when at SSJ2. It gives a HUGE power boost (would match SSJ4) and leaves the SSJ2 speed untouched.

Itsuryuu-ken (Oveflowing technique); Much like kaio-ken, only that it won't drain Flow's stamina/lifeforce. It works together with his regeneration, thus keeping him untouched by the negative effects. Can be used together with Ultra SSJ2. LOTS OF POWER O_O
