Coloured by me, background by me.
Coloured on photoshop CS5 and with wacom tablet.
Took about 1 hour to do.

I use Photoshop CS5 extended edition.
Price changes as you can get a student/teacher edition discount if you are still learning or teaching.
I was gifted this photoshop. It ranges from $150 to over $1000, it really depends.
