The Elite Four and Champion of 's Pokemon Amethyst project.

The top row is 's original "Meet the Elite" sprites, with the bottom being my D/P/Pt remakes of them.

Isaac/Arty: The first sprite I did, took about two days of off-and-on spriting to finish. I replaced the laptop, which was a more-or-less inside joke, with a slightly edited version of my book-bag... which usually held said laptop in it during school. I decided to keep the headphones, even though I don't really use those anymore.

Roxy: The hardest part about this sprite was editing her leggings to fit the new body, but after experimenting a bit with the old leggings, I managed to come up with the idea of adding to them and pulling them so they fit the direction her legs were going. Otherwise, she wasn't too hard to do. (Yes, I copy/pasted the scarf. So sue me.)

Rowena: This was actually the second-to-last sprite I did, and is the most custom of them all, as the dress is almost entirely improvised... which is why the shading looks a bit wonky. I had trouble deciding how I wanted her right arm to look, so I ended up using a flipped D/P Dawn's arm. If you can correctly answer who I used for the base, you get a cookie.

Zesu/Korosu: For the sake of my own sanity, I used Roark for the base because I noticed that the original Zesu has hair veeeeeeery similar to Roark's (it flips the same way in the back, almost down to the pixel). I didn't bother editing the legs because I thought they fit the pose fine, but his arms were the hardest part to do. Seriously. His left arm is from a D/P Ranger, and his other arm is more-or-less improvised. I did have fun doing the goggles, though.

Kuro: ... Yeeeeeeah. Cyrus base, copy/pasted face, re-drawn hair, copy/pasted hands... Frankly, there's not much that needed to be changed, or so I thought. This was also the last one I ended up doing.
