She's Lawful Good, actually. She just looks very dark because of her past, and because this is her natural form.

Ah, I see; my own character is also Lawful Good, with the tropes defining him most strongly being Good is Not Soft, and Knight in Sour Armor, falling more on the idealistic side of that trope, but not by a whole lot...

Haha. Yeah, Falmea is kinda... Crazy. Well, she more goes back and forth between being an awkward, scrappy 19-year old, and being an antisocial, cynical murderer.

She looks like she's standing in a strong wind and enjoying it. Maybe she likes how it makes her cloak look cool. ::snickers::
Her eyes appear brighter than the rest of her face, maybe the rest of the portrait. Are all changeling eyes like that? Do they glow?

They don't necessarily glow, but they don't have any pupils. Their irises take up a large portions of their eyes, though. Hers are silver.
And she does wear the cloak for dramatic effect, as well as to be mysterious haha.
