I had abandoned this one , until I got motivated to do some work on it. Did some playing around with the lighting , played around with the face till i was satisfied on hows this bad ass looked like.

Hails from the highly advanced Theoocratic Empire of Leto .
His kind is a genetically engineered race which was created by the fore fathers around 3 milenias before and are a staple in the empire as workers.
None have ever reached his status as one of the 6 warlords of the vasal nations. Betrayed by an ally and forced to commit genocide he decided to completely abandon his life and become a pacifist.
Changing his name to Rex Bloodhawk, he transported himself to the outer world so he could live in peace and atone for his sins."
