Ginger: Ahh, sleeping really felt good. I'm surprised it's already dark outside, where did the time go!

Ginger: Anyway, as you all know, this final round of CATFHTLFSH will be the strangest and most epic round of all! Now that all of the official characters are sleeping, we may finally turn our attention to the fandom.

Ginger: I have gathered together myself and the rest of Nicholas' main OC's (pardon the fourth wall break) to explain exactly how this round will work.

Karma: Five fanon characters from you guys will be democratically voted into this round. However, to be fair, we do not want one user to own a majority of the winning characters. Thus, if at least five users submit their characters, then at most one character per user will win.

Beareo: You will have until May 1, 2019 to submit up to five of your original HTF characters by commenting down below. When May 1 comes along, all of the characters will be put in a poll, and there will be five rounds in deciding the winners.

Ginger: Whoever wins the first round, all the OC's of the same user will stop being candidates for the future rounds. That way, (if at least five users submit characters), every winner will be owned by a different user.

Karma: If, God-forbid, only 3-4 users submit any OC's, then we will allow at most two winners from each user. If at most 2 users do, then one user will have to have a majority after all. And if fewer than 5 characters are submitted at all, then all of them will win... yeah. But I doubt that'll happen, anyway.

Jasmine: Also, please don't rig the submissions/voting, or try to hack the system, that's frowned upon. This round must be fair for all the CATF fans.

Beareo: To speed things along, there will be no tiebreaker polls: the Rejah read-eval-print-loop will be used to resolve all ties in the voting. Also, each round will most likely last only two days instead of three.

TL;DR. Comment down below at most 5 of your OC's by May 1, for a chance for them to be in CATFHTLFSH's 12th and final round!
