Now open for commissions: [link]This picture is based off of the children's tale "The Ugly Duckling." In it, a baby swan grows into a beautiful bird. I never thought baby swans were very ugly, so I decided to tone it up a bit.

Which is interesting, since the baby swan was living with Ducks, and while I find them to be innately hilarious animals, who are they to judge the virtues of things such as beauty?
Anyways, this is a very interesting take... Very gruesome, decrepid even, but still very lively in its undeath.
